IT companies large Wipro Ltd. (NYSE: WIT) introduced Monday that it acquired Convergence Acceleration Options LLC, a Roswell, Georgia-based consulting and program administration firm.
The deal requires Wipro to pay $50 million up entrance and one other $30 million in contingent consideration payable over the following three years for a complete of as much as $80 million.
CAS Group, based in 2007, delivers strategic transformation packages to purchasers throughout 17 facilities of service together with cellular/wi-fi, enterprise and fiber-optic companies, in addition to cable, knowledge and telecom retail options.
